| EMILY DUERRINGER - 11/12's Emily joins the coaching staff of the Gators from her final year of collegiate swimming. She graduates in May, Summa Cum Laude, with a degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University. Emily began swimming in NWAL, at the age of 4. She swam BTA for 11 years and still holds a state record along with two Junior National Champion Relay teams, and a Texas State Championship. As a Kingwood Mustang, Emily earned Rookie of the Year and MVP, 3 time school record breaker, and the anchor of two State Champion relays teams. During her collegiate career, Emily swam 2 years with Texas Christian University and 2 years with SIU. She was All Conference First Team all four years, freshman of the Year, Female Student Athlete of the Week, MVC Scholar Athlete, School and Conference Record Breaker at both Universities. Emily has coached for the Bear Branch Bears for 4 years, the last 3 as Head Coach. She is very excited about being a part of the Gator experience!! e.k.duerringer@gmail.com |
| Christina Stevenson - 6 & Unders Christina is a student at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is majoring in Early Childhood Education, and plans to be a teacher in Houston. She swam on Blue Tide throughout elementary and middle school. She's been a fun, spirited Greentree Gator since 1998 and is really fired up to coach little gators. stevenson929@gmail.com |
| Natalie Nazzal - 7/8's coach Natalie is currently attending Centenary College in Shreveport, LA. Natalie started her accomplished swimming career as a Gator for 7 seasons which includes 1st in the Nation in 1998 in the 200 free relay. She became a 4-time High School All-American at KWHS where she acquired numerous additional records. Natalie continues to set college records in division 1 NCAA. | Christian Holley - 9/10 Boys Christian is currently attending Lone Star College. He swam on the Kingwood High School varsity. Before he was able to compete for the Mustangs he had been a part of many NWAL and USA swimming organizations; including, NCSC, NEHA, Blue Tide, and more. His most memorable swimming experiences include swimming internationally in Germany, and contributing to a relay that won multiple state and national titles. | Sarah Armel - 9/10 Girls Sarah is currently attending Villanova University in Philadelphia, PA. where she is a freshman. She is majoring in Finance with a minor in Business Law. Sarah plays Division I water polo at Villanova. She started swimming at the age of 4. She competed in NWAL from 1994-2006 with the Winchester Hurricanes, swam Fleet from 1999-2007 and was a varsity member of the Jersey Village High School swim team for 4 years.
